Year-End Awards
To qualify for year-end awards, you must do the following:
1. Be a member of HHSC
2. Pay the $35.00 one-time awards fee
3. Participate in at least 3 races
Year end placings will be based on your average of your 3 fastest times and will be placed down to 4 places, with everyone getting a participation award if they qualified for year-end awards.

ENTRY
Entries for each event will open the Friday prior to event date and close at 12 noon the day before the race. Entries can be entered by following the event on the Hollywood Hill Saddle Club Facebook page under events and/or by emailing hollywoodhillsaddleclub@gmail.com with the following information:
1. Your name, horse or horses/name
2. Division: Open, Senior, Youth & time onlies.
Pay cash or check at the event.
BarrelS & Poles

There will be 4 barrel races and 4 pole bending races on alternating Thursdays, starting with Pole Bending on June 13th. Time-onlies will be from 4:30pm-5:45pm, race starts at 6:00pm. 4D style for both series. Year-End awards as well as daily payouts.
We will also offer the re-ride option for an extra $20 per re-ride. You must attend 3 of either the poles or barrels to qualify for Year-End awards. Year-End awards will be given for both series.
In the open race all participants will be placed as follows:
- 1-D Fastest of the Race
- 2-D will be 0.5 seconds slower than the fastest time
- 3-D will be 1.5 seconds slower than fastest time
- 4-D will be 2 seconds slower than fastest time
